The communication function in Equinor consists of more than 150 employees globally, working to build and protect Equinor's reputation. By securing trust, support, and a strong reputation, we enable the company to reach its business objectives.
We continuously work with key stakeholders internally and externally and advise leadership and the executive committee on strategic & tactical business decisions.

Communications is a multidiscipline area that touches all aspects of our business. As a graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to work in at least one of the following areas:

The most relevant academic subjects include; Social and political science, Communication, Economics, Business & Administration.
