Drilling & Well - graduate opportunities
The drilling and well (D&W) technology network has almost 1,300 employees and includes engineers, specialists, and managers. The main disciplines we cover are drilling, completion, intervention, and subsea engineering.
We have worldwide corporate responsibility for D&W activities, and we are currently running approximately 40 operations daily from platforms, rigs, and vessels. Our teams collaborate closely with a wide range of Equinor stakeholders, our customers, suppliers, and partners to deliver exploration and development wells worldwide.
Our work plays a significant role across all areas of our strategy, from enabling safer and more efficient production to reducing the CO2 emissions from our oil and gas outputs and delivering wells for our carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects.
