The PO function comprises leadership development, employee relations, total rewards, organisation design and change, internal communication, workforce capabilities, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, recruitment and deployment, employer branding, and personnel emergency.

What can I do in PO?

As a graduate in the PO function, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and work within different areas:

  • Corporate PO develops strategies, policies, and requirements and supports and monitors the business areas.
  • PO within the business areas provides strategic direction and advice to the line management and ensures that ongoing HR processes are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Functional Centre of Excellence PO provides consultative, operational, and transactional services, including learning and development, reward and employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and personnel administration.

We are a broad discipline with many specialisms that graduates can work in. You’ll also get the opportunity to work across more than one area during your time with us; those areas could include:

  1. Attraction, recruitment, and induction
  2. Reward mobility and employee relations
  3. Learning
  4. Development and deployment
  5. Pension and insurance
  6. Operations & systems

Who can apply?

We welcome applications from students from a wide variety of degree disciplines, including; human resources, business administration, economics, finance, and psychology. Additional fields of study such as information technology, management, and international relations might also be relevant.

Which locations could I be based at?

Graduates in PO could be based in any of the following locations:

Norway (Stavanger, Bergen or Trondheim)
