Project Development - graduate opportunities
The project development (PD) network consists of several thousand employees across different fields of expertise.
Our project portfolio ranges from traditional oil & gas development projects to projects within the new value chains of hydrogen, offshore wind, solar, and carbon capture and storage. The PD network also drives technology activities to solve critical business challenges and create new opportunities within the project portfolio.
We have an extensive portfolio of 60-70 projects that range from early phase development to execution phase. Some examples are several large offshore oil & gas projects in Norway, Brazil, the UK, and Canada, major wind developments in the UK and US, carbon capture and storage in Norway, and hydrogen projects in Norway, the UK, and central Europe.
