Equinor's renewable business is growing rapidly, and we are already innovators in offshore wind and a world leader in carbon capture and storage. Our ambition is to continue to grow profitably while expanding into other renewable energy sources as a leader in the field.
The renewable portfolio includes several technologies Equinor already has a world-leading position in, including floating offshore wind and innovative battery solutions to improve performance from wind-based electricity production.

What can I do in renewables?

Those joining our renewables programme could end up working in one or more of the following areas:
- Strategy & Business Development: implement renewables strategy and secure access to new profitable opportunities
- Project Development: develop safe, sustainable, predictable, and competitive renewable projects
- Operations & Maintenance: ensure safe, sustainable, and efficient operations of renewable assets
- Technology Development: drive renewables technology development and innovation

Graduates joining Renewables could be assigned to any of the following locations:
