Strategy and Business Development sits within the CFO organisation. We are responsible for positioning Equinor for the future by shaping the corporate strategy of the company, defining how and where to compete, and optimising our corporate portfolio accordingly.

Business Development delivers short- and long-term business development, mergers, acquisitions, and divestments activities, to actively drive Equinor’s corporate development and growth in chosen markets.

What can you do in Strategy and Business Development?

As a graduate in strategy and business development you could end up working on projects within oil and gas, renewables, or low carbon solutions. It’s a great opportunity for graduates to gain experience and build networks across our whole value chain whilst developing a deep understanding of the economic, technical, and commercial aspects of the energy sector.
