Our department is roughly 1,000 colleagues holding key roles, including traders, marketers, analysts, and operators. We are responsible for maximising Equinor's global production value, handling marketing and trading, low carbon solutions, transportation, and market analysis.

We are looking for graduates for our offices in Brazil, Norway, UK, and US, and we are looking for students with both commercial and technical backgrounds. However, strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and interest in the energy industry are essential for success.

What I love about my job is combining analytical tools and physical fundamentals to manage volatility and generate value. As a Market Analysis and Trading Graduate you get hands-on trading exposure and opportunities to make an impact.
