People and Organisation (PO) is Equinor’s HR function. Our purpose is to build a values-based, high-performing, and learning organisation enabled by the right capabilities to deliver on the business strategy.

The PO function comprises leadership development, employee relations, total rewards, organisation design and change, internal communication, workforce capabilities, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, recruitment and deployment, employer branding, and personnel emergency.

What projects or tasks could I work on?

PO interns will participate in tasks and projects within our Employee Relations area. Students will be allocated to two main tasks: a virtual task across disciplines and tasks directly towards PO areas.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders and colleagues to expand your range of competencies and grow professionally. We expect you to genuinely contribute to your team's success by bringing your skills, new perspectives, creativity and collaborative spirit to our team.

Who can apply?

We welcome applications from students from a wide variety of degree disciplines, including; Human Resources, Organizational studies, Law, Organizational Psychology, Management/Leadership, Project Management, Political Science, Security Studies or other relevant studies.

Summer Interns in PO could be based in any of the following locations:
