Experience: Fonseca Nordang joined Equinor in 2009 and has held various leadership roles across the company. Her most recent position, which she held from July 2017, was Vice President, People and Leadership responsible for Executive and Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion. She served as Vice President, People and Organisation in Equinor’s US operations from 2015 - 2017. From 2009 she had the role as Principle Consultant for Organisational Change and Capabilities. Prior to Roxar, she worked for CEB (Gartner), which she joined in 2001 in Washington, D.C. She led the launch of a successful new advisory practice serving mid-sized organisations.
