(TPD Subsea & Pipeline)
What is your role and what is the best part of your job?
I have mostly been involved in execution projects, following up detail engineering, fabrication and offshore installation activities. My main tasks include technical review of designs, concepts and documentation as well as control and monitoring activities with regards to Quality and Safety and management of interfaces between stakeholders.
The best part of my job is having a broad overview within the project at the same time as getting involved and contributing in both problem-solving and improvement opportunities within specific detailed scopes. One thing is for sure: it never gets boring!

What are the values that drive you?
I am most driven by the open and collaborative values. I am a fierce supporter of full transparency both in work and in life as I believe this to be the fundamental requirement to ensure the efficient teamwork essential for success. In addition to this, I believe that the philosophy set by ‘I am Safety’ should be the backbone of everything you do to ensure that not only you but everyone around you gets home safely every day.
How does Equinor help you be the best you can be?
There is a great focus on the development plan, ensuring that it is tailored to the skills and ambitions of each employee. In addition to this, the focus that the Company has on the balance between working and personal life is the foundation stone to, not only my wellbeing but also that of my entire family.
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are to travel to new places and to spend quality time with my wife and two boys as well as with friends. What you take from this life are the experiences you put yourself through, so you need to live it to the fullest.
