     <p>Norsk Hydro will build a new hydropower plant at Tyin near Årdal in western Norway with a generation capacity of about 1.4 TWh - some 0.2 TWh more than the old plant.</p> 
     <p>&nbsp;The project is estimated to cost some NOK 1.5 billion (USD 170 million). Construction is set to start in late fall and the existing power plant will be phased out when the new unit is ready three years later.</p>
