As announced earlier, Helge Lund will take up his position as chief executive of Statoil on 15 August. The group's corporate executive committee has therefore found it appropriate to postpone this year's Capital Markets Day from June to 16 and 17 December.
The planned visit to the Snøhvit facilities at Melkøya is also to be postponed. Statoil will provide a new schedule for that visit later.
More information about the arrangements will be announced at a later date. Statoil apologises for any inconvenience these changes may cause.
