The election committee in Statoil ASA proposes that Anne Kathrine Slungård be re-elected as chair of the company's corporate assembly. The election of a new chair will take place at Statoil's annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 5 May.
The election committee will propose the following shareholder representatives as members of the corporate assembly:

The AGM will select two members for the election committee. Statoil's board proposes Villa Kulild and Jens Ulltveit-Moe as candidates.
