The Autumn Conference took place in Oslo on 20th November 2018.
See the video recordings of all the main presentations below.

This year’s conference focused on energy transition and sustainability. It focused on the industry’s dual challenge — to secure future energy supply and reduce climate emissions. The perspectives on supply and demand given in the latest World Energy Outlook (WEO) from IEA will be included in the discussions. The Autumn Conference is a joint event hosted by Equinor, the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum & Energy and the International Energy Agency (IEA).

The conference was opened by the Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg. IEA Executive Director Dr. Fatih Birol and Executive Secretary of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Patricia Espinosa, joined as keynote speakers together with Eldar Sætre, President & CEO, Equinor ASA. Closing remarks by Norwegian Minister of Petroleum and Energy, Kjell-Børge Freiberg.
