     <p>As of Dec. 1, Norsk Hydro will take over the physical deliveries of electricity to Enron Nordic Energy customers in Norway and Sweden.</p> 
     <p>By Hydro's actions, Enron's customers are secured physical deliveries of electricity. The background is the difficult situation in Enron. These deliveries by Norsk Hydro contribute to ensuring a stable situation in the Nordic electricity market.</p> 
     <p>These transactions do not constitute any increased financial exposure for Hydro towards Enron.</p>
