A two-year frame contract with FMC Kongsberg Subsea covering technical services for and procurement of subsea production systems has been extended by Statoil for a further two years.
The previous deal has had an annual value of roughly NOK 450 million.
The extended deal with FMC Kongsberg Subsea also covers technical services in connection with maintenance and repair of subsea facilities.
It includes opportunities to purchase additional equipment relating to earlier deliveries by FMC Kongsberg Subsea to Statoil fields.
FMC Kongsberg Subsea is one of three suppliers to hold frame agreements with Statoil for subsea installations.
Earlier this year, the group signed such contracts with ABB Offshore Systems and Kværner Oilfield Products.
