     <p>A letter of intent on establishing Norway’s first filling point for vehicles running on hydrogen or natural gas has been signed today, 25 November by Statoil and six partners.</p> 
     <p>Drawn from the Stavanger area, this group is due to open the new facility at the Statoil service station adjacent to its Forus head office.</p> 
     <p>This filling point is a pilot project in the Norwegian national HyNor programme for a “hydrogen road” between Stavanger and Oslo.</p> 
     <p>Plans call for natural gas to be available as an automotive fuel at the station next year, with hydrogen following in 2006.</p>
