     <p>The Board of Directors has agreed a base salary for 2005 for the President and Chief Executive Officer of NOK 4,450,000.</p> 
     <p>The 2004 salary was NOK 4,330,000.</p> 
     <p>Further, the Board has agreed that the total bonus awarded to the CEO for 2004 will be NOK 1,500,000.</p>
