     <p>Hydro has asked Norwegian law firm Hjort, represented by attorney-at-law Else Bugge Fougner, to investigate how information about the companys results went astray.</p> 
     <p>The material from investigations already conducted by Hydro’s Internal Audit will be made available to Bugge Fougner, who is free to use resources inside and outside of Hydro. The work is due to be completed by the end of March.</p> 
     <p>“In order to prevent any uncertainty as to the way the investigation is conducted, I have, with support from Hydro’s Board of Directors, concluded that the work will be led by a professional not employed by Hydro. I have therefore asked Else Bugge Fougner to take charge,” says Hydro President and CEO Eivind Reiten.</p> 
     <p>The report by Bugge Fougner will be made available to the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.</p>
