     From now on and going forward, there will be smoke coming from the stack and during the first hours there will be some soot. Statoil Mongstad has established continuous observation points for soot and PAH in the surrounding area according to the authorisation from the Norwegian Pollution Control Authority in the testing phase.&nbsp;

During the day Dong Energy Generation (DEG) will most likely start up one of the gas turbines (first fire).
