A mobile crane overturned on Friday morning while in operation at Nyhamna, the Ormen Lange construction site. No-one was injured.
The crane was engaged in lowering an excavator 15 metres down into a fire-water ditch when the accident took place.
The crane driver, and the person assisting him in the above operation, are employees of the firms Vestkranand Småge.
The incident has been reported to the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway and the police, who will investigate the incident.
