This amount is for both Statoil’s shares in TAP and its pro-quota portion of the loans currently granted to TAP by its shareholders.
The closing follows the signing of the share purchase agreement and meeting between Statoil President and CEO Eldar Sætre and Snam CEO Carlo Malacarne in Oslo on 16 December.
