What kind of person are we looking for?

Crane and lifting operations are risky, and there are high demands on personnel to prevent serious accidents. Crane and lifting operations involve driving different types of cranes and deck work. The personnel frequently work independently and that requires extensive knowledge and skills in the discipline and a good understanding of health, safety, and the environment (HSE).
