What kind of person are we looking for?

You must be prepared for physically demanding work and be comfortable working at height. An electrician must have good colour vision to use relevant codes and labelling systems. You should have good technical insight and be precise and responsible in your actions. You need to be able to cooperate with colleagues and principals. Electricians have a lot of direct customer contact, particularly in smaller assignments. Hence, they need to be good at communicating with different types of people.
