For over 20 years, Equinor has invested in Brazil, pushing the boundaries of existing technologies and work practices to enhance efficiency across our oil and gas production processes. We have increased our investment in renewable energy and take pride in saying that the first solar plant in Equinor’s portfolio was built in Brazil. Together with our partners, we’re building Dogger Bank - the largest offshore wind farm in the world - and advancing plans to expand both Dudgeon and Sheringham Shoal.
In 2024, our first battery storage asset, Blandford Road, became operational - delivering flexible power to support the UK’s energy needs.
