The Landol purchasing organisation for Norway's farmers has selected Statoil as its principal supplier of automotive fuels and heating products.
This three-year contract means annual bulk deliveries of roughly 40,000 cubic metres of products as well as the provision of Statoil charge cards to Landol members.
"The agriculture sector represents an important market for us," comments Knut Hilmar Hansen, sales manager in the key accounts department at Marketing & Energy. "This contract is accordingly strategic and important."
Landol's principal purpose is to negotiate good energy contracts on behalf of its members.
