Renewables – Commercial
Working on the commercial side of REN means you’ll get to play a role in the success of renewables in Equinor both in strategy implementation and through unlocking new potential.
Tasks may involve market research, business expansion, partnership building, project assessment, and industry networking. We seek students with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and skills in market analysis, financial modelling, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building.
Renewables – Technical
If you have more of a technical background or mindset, you’ll find plenty of opportunities in REN.
Project development, operations & maintenance, and technology development are some of the areas where you’ll contribute to developing safe, sustainable projects, ensuring efficient operations, and driving technological innovation.
We're looking for adaptable and innovative students with strong engineering foundations, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
