Equinor has launched "Norway Energy Hub", an industrial plan for the energy nation Norway. The plan could lead to NOK 350 billion in investments from the private sector, and we estimate own investments of around NOK 100 billion under this plan. How can state and industry collaborate to reduce climate emissions and increase green power production and green industrial development?
