To reach the goal of net zero by 2050, we need technologies and solutions that do not yet exist. Equinor and Techstars Energy Accelerator is a mentor-led programme that supports startups and companies on their journeys to reduce emissions and shape the energy transition.
The climate crisis and the energy transition are global challenges. Managing this transition is the biggest test for humanity — and also the biggest test for Norway and companies like Equinor. Technology and innovation will play an important role in achieving the goal of net zero in 2050.
Nine companies from around the world receive mentoring to develop their solutions with the goal of contributing to the energy transition. Follow their journey over 13 weeks as they work towards Demo Day – the grand presentation at the end of the programme where they will showcase their solutions for the energy industry to potential investors and truly put their companies to the test.
