What can you expect from Equinor’s graduate programme?

Our two-year graduate programme includes one or multiple rotations, giving you the chance to explore different parts of the business, gaining vital hands-on experience across disciplines. All our graduates are full employees of Equinor, entitling you to all the benefits available in your country of work.

You will develop and build your career through on-the job-training and development sessions and gatherings. You will also receive structured learning with access to courses offered by Equinor university. A buddy and mentor will be there to support you – helping you navigate any concerns in your career development.

What does it take to become a graduate?

In Equinor, we are searching for people with the motivation and drive to contribute to the energy transition in a rapidly changing industry. We are looking for new perspectives, new knowledge, and new people who are willing to challenge us.

When faced with complex challenges, you should be analytical and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, while seeking learning opportunities and constructive feedback.
